OrthoFi- getting started
We are dedicated to making orthodontic treatment as convenient as possible. We partner with OrthoFi to provide customizable and flexible payment plans and account access for the convenience of you, our patients. Below are some tips that can be helpful in managing your account.
Accessing your OrthoFi Account
You can easily access your account any time at www.orthofi.com. Your username is the e-mail address you provided to the office. Your password is the password you created when you filled out the paperwork before your first visit to the office.
If you cannot remember your password follow the password reset link from www.orthofi.com or use this address: www.orthofi.com/Account/PasswordReset We recommend keeping track of your password in a safe place for future reference.
Making Payments & Changing Payment Methods
You have agreed to automatic monthly payments. As a default the payment method you used for your down payment will automatically be set as your monthly payment method. If you need to change payment methods you can do so by logging into your OrthoFi account and selecting Add Payment Method. Accepted payment methods are: all major credit cards, flexible spending accounts, health care spending accounts and direct debit from a checking account. If you paid your down payment with one method and want the monthly payments to be paid by a different method it is your responsibility to log in and change the default payment method.
Printing Receipts
If you need any receipts for payment you have full access to all invoices from your OrthoFi account at www.orthofi.com. Log in to your account and click on View Invoices.
